Piotr Śwircz is a junior lawyer at RöHRENSCHEF.
Main fields of his activity are civil and administrative dispute resolution. He works with Polish and foreign clients.
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Warsaw University in 2014 and the European Studies at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at Warsaw University in 2012 with specialization - European marketing. In 2010 he defended his bachelor degree on specificity of European law at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science.
He studied European political science (mainly European institutional law and decision-making procedures) for half a year at Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium as an Erasmus student. He is also a member of the Bank Law Interest Group at Warsaw University. He is interested in Intellectual Property, franchising and road safety in Europe.
Before joining in 2012 the RöHRENSCHEF team Piotr Śwircz worked at the law office of Kalwas and Partners in Warsaw and Law Concept law office. He was also a trainee in the Chancellery of Sejm (Lower Chamber of the Polish Parliament), first at the Department of European and International Law Research and later at the MP’s Consultation Point. He also completed an internship at the Legal Department of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
He speaks Italian and French and fluently English.
