Piotr Śwircz is a junior lawyer at RöHRENSCHEF and a trainee at the Warsaw Bar of Advocates.
He specializes in civil and administrative dispute resolution matters.
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Warsaw University in 2014 and completed European Studies at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at Warsaw University in 2012, specializing in European marketing. In 2010, he defended his bachelor degree on specificity of European Union law at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science. He also studied European political science (European institutional law and decision-making procedures) for half a year at Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium as an Erasmus student.
He is a member of the Bank Law Interest Group at Warsaw University and is interested in intellectual property issues, franchising and road safety in Europe.
Before joining the RöHRENSCHEF team in 2012 Piotr worked at the law office of Kalwas and Partners in Warsaw and Law Concept law office. He was also a trainee in the Chancellery of the Sejm (Lower Chamber of the Polish Parliament), first at the Department of European and International Law Research and later at an MP’s Consultation Point. He also completed an internship at the Legal Department of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
